Terms of Service

1. The service

Clipping processes video on the operator’s computer, creates draft clips, and provides a review workflow. Platform publishing features, when connected, send an approved clip only after the operator takes an explicit publish action.

2. Account access

The application is intended for its operator and authorized local users. Connected social accounts remain subject to the applicable platform’s own terms, community standards, API rules, and account restrictions.

3. Content responsibilities

The operator is responsible for selecting content, confirming that its use and publication are permitted, reviewing generated captions and metadata, and complying with applicable laws and platform rules. Clipping does not grant rights to third-party video, audio, music, trademarks, or likenesses.

4. Publishing controls

Approval inside Clipping does not publish a video by itself. A separate platform selection and final publish confirmation are required. Platforms may reject, limit, remove, or change the visibility of a post under their own rules.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use Clipping to violate platform restrictions, impersonate another person, distribute unlawful material, evade access controls, or publish content you are not permitted to use.

6. Availability and changes

The application is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted processing, API availability, reach, monetization, or platform acceptance. Features and these terms may change as platform requirements evolve.

7. Disconnecting platforms

A connected platform can be disconnected from the application. Disconnecting prevents future API activity but does not remove posts already published to that platform.
